Course selection under Coast Tracks Moving Map?

Whenever I plot my flight path using the Analysis Tool (Total Distance) tab on the right panel, it sets a heading displayed as MAGNETIC. The issue I have, when I use the Moving Map feature and select COAST TRACKS, and were it says to set the COURSE, I do not know which course type I should enter. Is it MAG or TRUE?

    Im so sorry for double posting, there is no edit thing in here.

    Anyways, On the COAST TRACKS selection from the Moving Map feature, is it true that if I want to use Magnetic course instead of True course, I would select the Great Circle option instead of the Rhumline?

      So to be clear on this, when I edit my COAST TRACKS from the Moving Map function, next to the COURSE option, there is no selection to either choose TRUE or MAGNETIC.

      And the Analysis Tool only shows MAGNETIC tracks.

      Please help.

        Here a picture. Now under COURSE, I want the heading to be either True or Magnetic. Preferably Magnetic but I do not see a selection to choose under Coast Tracks.

          Sir,

          You are right. There is no option in the coast track dialog to specify magnetic or true course. The course field is always True.

          I've written up a ticket with this bug so that, at the very least, the dialog is updated to indicate True course.

            Thanks for your response.

            Also while your at it, you can also mention that whenever I enter a true course in the Coast Tracks section, of for example, 150.9, it will NOT include the .9 and it seems to be rounding the numbers off instead. So if I enter 150.9, it will either stay at 150 or 151, but not 150.9. Please take a look at this as well. It will not include the DECIMALS when entering the Course.

            Will all this be fixed on the next version release?

              I've added the additional information, concerning the rounding of the input, into the bug report.

              We cannot say in what version this will be fixed (depends on a number of things).
