TIROS AND VPF Downloads

I am running FV 3.3.1 and need some assistance installing the VPF download and Tiros download that are available on this site.

I downloaded and extracted, but when I browse to the folder with the Map Manager I do not get the "Map Data Found" alert.

Any help would be appreciated... many thanks!

    I was told that the Tiros expansion files are only compatible with FV4.x.
