ATS Segments limit in DAFIF

I understand that there is a FalconView patch available for the ATS segments limits problem of ingesting DAFIF Ed 8. Is this patch incorporated in PFPS 4.1.1.64? If not how do I request the FalconView patch for PFPS 4.1.1.X?

    Contact the Hill AFB mission planning system support facility (1-800-773-7739). They distribute the patch.
