Hello sir,

I want to develop a closed source application using Falconview. Is it possible to develop an commercially distribute an closed source application without releasing its source code while keeping FalconView unmodified?

    Since FalconView is distributed under the GNU LGPL (Lesser General Public License), it is perfectly acceptable to create a commercial (closed source) plug-in that links to FalconView without modifying the FalconView Source code. See the LGPL web site for all the details.  http://www.gnu.org/licenses/lgpl.html.

    You can also bundle FalconView with your application install, so long as you don't use the FalconView trademark inappropriately.
