Handling Right Clicks

I'm working on a Plug-in targeting v4.1.1

My issue is when a user "right" clicks on my layer I expect SelectedEx? to be called with lCursorFlags indicating the right mouse is clicked. But instead the right click menu is populated and SelectedEx? is never called. I'm guessing there is some way to turn the right click menu off for my layer but I can't seem to find it. Any help would be appreciated!

    Originally I wanted to do the same thing but came up empty in my research, so I'm just adding to the built-in menu.

    Not a lot of activity on these forums, not sure why developers haven't chimed in on your question by now - seems like an easy one to answer.

    Our lead developer says that you can only do this in 4.2.1 and later.
