Enhanced the KML Geodata Data Source to check the mime type of a URI to determin if the file is of type KML or KMZ so URLs that don't end in .kml can be opened. This required adding a new method to the CURL_net_fetcher to fetch only the header from a url.

WMS DataSource? Check File was returning "Valid" for anything that starts with HTTP but it could really only open things with a XML connect string. The HTTP check caused problems if you tried to open a web link to some other (non WMS) data source that started with http:

Many small changes to get SLD text to render properly. Includes a fix to Composite Filters in the ORGData Set and several changes to the StyleRules? to fix text and graphic displacement and anchor points. Closes #1040. In AddNewOverlayType? a non-GUID_NULL CustomFileOverlayTypeDescriptor? now takes precedence over non empty default directory, default extention, and file dialog filter. Also, when reading an entry containing a custom file overlay type descriptor, the unused file descriptor fields are reset to empty strings. The help ID returned for an entry that does not specify help is now 132423 rather than 0.

Fixed bug retreiving Info of OGR Data Source in Geodata Overlay when multiple features overlap. It apears that OGRDataSet::FeatureCount? interfears with GetFeature?() if GetFeature? is iterating over the data set.

Changed FV's Recently Used Files menu options to support URLs such as http:... If you open a GeoDataDataSource? from a URL (in Overlay Options) the file can be saved as a favorite or can be used from the MRU Overlay list.

Changed all references in Registry from PFPS to XPlan and most refrences to PFPS directories to XPlan. After building this version you will need to search your registry for PFPS and replace it with XPlan. Aside form the usual HKLM\Software\PFPS and HKLU\Software\PFPS also look in HKLM\Software\GSD

See #1006. Added the ability to add a right-click Customize... option to an editor toolbar. The framework handles setting up the new connection point and passes along OnCustomizeToolbar? to the plug-in editor. This will be used to bring up the customize route points dialog in the route editor.

See #1006. Added defaultCanBeDisconnected attribute to the route servers config file. Added toolbar types, which include their display name, to the config file. In the route point types config file, added new a tag for toolbar info which says which toolbar types the route point is associated with. Changed ShowPointTypeOnToolbar? to GetToolbarType? since the route editor can now determine which points are on the toolbar based on the point types config file. We now add disconnected points to the toolbar (although they are not yet distinguished from connected points visually). Disconnected points are now added to the point types list when necessary.

Closes #940. The font dialog now stores the point size as a member since the value in the logfont structure is no longer valie after the dialog is closed. This fixes the problem where clicking OK, rather than Apply, would not update the font size.

in MAP_calc_geo_line() added check for equal_arc projections for world-sized maps, this fixes screen wrap issues this fixes ticket #394

in OnLabelFont?() commented out the code after the font dialog DoModal?() call. This code in implemented when on_apply_label_font_cb() is called and the commented out code restores the previous values this fixes ticket #914
