Closes #2606. Fixed add favorites dialog. Adding a favorite works. However, displaying the tree control which allows the user to pick a sub-folder did not. This has been fixed by making sure the ReadWriteUserData? registry value does not contain a trailing backslash which is the assumption made throughout the code. The reason it is installed with a backslash is because the custom action (#35) used to create the directory always adds a backslash to the directory. When InstallShield? is upgraded we can get rid of the corresponding code revision.

Closes #2527. Eliminated lag when creating the first Points overlay. When the Points overlay is created it creates a DefaultSymbolFactory?. The DefaultSymbolFactory? was throwing an exception for each file name that was duplicated in a dictionary. Now, we check to see if the element is in the dictionary before adding to avoid having to catch an exception. This increases the performance of the DefaultSymbolFactory? constructor and hence the startup of the Points overlay.

Closes #2065. Moved default location of CSIDL_COMMON_DOCUMENTS\XPlan\ to FOLDERID_Public\. One of the requirements in 5.1 is to move the data saved by a user from CSIDL_COMMON_DOCUMENTS\XPlan\ to FOLDERID_Public\. Rather than having to modify the code in a number of places (again) to retrieve the FOLDERID_Public via SHGetKnownFolderPath I decided to create a new registry key in Main named ReadWriteUserData?. The existing USER_DATA value actually contains the path to read-write application data, not user data, which is really confusing. To help address this confusion Ill be adding new values in Main that can be used instead of HD_DATA and USER_DATA: ReadOnlyAppData? (formerly HD_DATA): read-only application data ReadWriteAppData? (formerly USER_DATA): read-write application data ReadWriteUserData? (no former registry value): read-write data created by the user such as .drs files

This fixes a Geodata overlay crash. When a memory allocation failed on a very large bitmap, FalconView was crashing because of an access violation. This handles the exception gracefully. (FalconView should not crash.)

Fixes a rendering issue for VPF maps and overlays when rendering to the DC provided from the new Direct2D methods now used in rendering the FalconView map display. For VPF types, only the top most area symbol layer could be seen on the map.

strcpy_s was clobbering the double NULL after a copy operation. This reintroduces the double NULL and fixes the buffer size (which was too small).

Closes #1412. Allocation of buffer now handles worst case. The algorithm used to clip and thin line segment can actually double the number of points in a line after "thinned". The size of the buffer used to store the results now takes this into account.

Use MoveLast? rather than GetOriginalData? in CMapGroupNames::raw_Insert. GetOriginalData? was not transferring back the Identity value as expected when used with postgreSQL.

fixes #1891 The Geodata overlay tree control had an assumption that only one Geodata overlay would be open at any given time, so any actions on the tree control applied to the most recently opened Geodata overlay. This fixes that assumption and applies the right-click menu items to the correct overlay.
