Add alternate versions of MSADO15.DLL so that 4.2.2 can be built under either XP or W7 SP0. If someone can tell me how to tell which OS is running at compile time this dll switch can be made automatic.

Enable ImageLib? instance caching by default. This speeds up panning operations. Provide compilation option (#define USE_GETMAPPEDIMAGE) to render ECRG maps using bicubic interpolation rather than the default nearest-neighbor. This provides (subjectively) better rendering of hard graphics such as text and lines at a slight cost in processing. Not enabled by default.

Add ImageLibManager?.cpp and .h to support caching of ImageLib? context without keeping the image file open indefinitely. This works the same way as DTEDManger and releases each instance of ImageLib? that was obtained through ImageLibManager? after a one minute or after 20 seconds of inactivity. This support is intended primary for map files that cannot remain open without blocking updates and in particular ECRG (and future ECIB) files.

If XPlan is not installed, then the FalconView search toolbar attempts to use the IFvDataSource interface to search DAFIF. Long-term, this should probably also search the default Local Point overlay, followed by any open Local Point overlays. I was having issues with this functionality though, because the guy in the office next to me was being really annoying.

Related to TRAC 2161. Fix library references so that, by default, geo2.dll uses the prebuilt GeoTrans?2.dll as in the past. Optionally, USE_GEOTRANS2X can be defined in the project settings to use the static GeoTrans? 2.4.2 libraries from the third-party folder. GeoTrans? 3.2 is still ready to be turned on, however.
