The Common Route Definition (CRD) is an XML specification for data exchange between mission planning systems. As its name implies, it describes data that is common among the systems it is intended to support. It is not intended to contain/communicate a complete description of the mission planning data for any given system. The CRD specification is a State - Transition representation of the mission planning data it describes.
