I would like to use this file c:\pfps\falcon\slac.dll or some other wrapper for SLAC inside or outside FalconView to compute sunrise, sunset, moonrise, moonset, twighlight, etc. for a geographic location in a C# plugin for falconview. Is there some documentation for slac.dll? It seems to have a different interface than the original slac static C library from the USNO AA (US Naval Observatory Astronomical Observations department).

Alternatively, if anyone has any code that provides a C# wrapper for SLAC and some documentation for using the C# wrapper, that would be excellent.
